A Róbert Károly körúton, a jelenlegi irodái melletti telken építi fel új irodaházát az UNIQA, mely összesen 32 millió eurós beruházást jelent.
Az új irodaházból 9 ezer négyzetmétert használ majd saját célra, a másik felét bérbe adja. Az épület nyolc emeletes lesz, a mélygarázsban 300 autó kap helyet.
The new office building of UNIQA is being constructed on Róbert Károly Boulevard, right on the neighbouring ground of its already existing offices. The total amount of the investment is of 32 million Euros.
Nine thousand m2 of the new office building is to be run by UNIQA, the other half is to be let on hire. The deep-level garage of the future eight-storey-building is planned to receive 300 cars. |
